The Simpsons Season 21 Episode 10:Watch Once Upon A Time in Springfield Online S21E10 – The Simpsons Season 21 Episode 10 called “Once Upon a Time in Springfield” which is also the 450th episode of the series was broadcast on FOX last night, with appearances by Jackie Mason ,the late Eartha Kitt who recorded her role before her death and Anne Hathaway.The episode mainly focused on Krusty being forced to hire a new sidekick for his show,and after hating her for stealing the spotlight ,he ends up falling heads over heels for her.Here is the plot of the episode:
Krusty the Clown is informed by his producers that he is unpopular with female audiences, and consequently his show will now include a character named Princess Penelope who sings about unicorns. Soon, Krustylu Studio is packed with young girls in princess outfits . Bart discovers Krusty moping by this dumpster, and tries to persuade him to reclaim the show. Krusty and Penelope fall in love but on their wedding day Bart poses as the ring bearer and interrupts the nuptials to introduce “Holly Hippie,” who was Krusty’s first wife, and a video recording of Eartha Kitt, who was married to Krusty for a mere six hours.So she flees to Paris where the two eventually reunite few months later and get back together.

For the 450th episode,”Once Upon a Time in Springfield” was a little bit of a disappointment for we were expecting something a little more spectacular,but there were few good moments like:
-Lisa falling for Princess Penelope because she had a unicorn.
-”Oh, Bart, this is all happening so fast. Let’s call my mom together!”
-Homer’s endless explanation on why donuts are so great.
-”Oh, Bart, you say that now, but when you grow up, you’ll just think it.”
-”I agree it’s cliche, but she does have a certain … UNICORN!”
-”Oh, why do clown things always happen to clowns?”
On a side note The Princess Penelope character was a stroke of genius by the writers seeing that it is common theme in today’s society. Although many feminists will be pissed after this episode.What are your thoughts on the episode?
