The Gates Season Finale 2010- Watch Episodes 12 & 13 Online – The Gates season finale/ The Gates Season 1 Episode 12 called “Bad Moon Rising” which was directed by Arthur Albert and was written by Jared Romero & Richard Hatem along with The Gates Season 1 Episode 13 called “Moving Day” which was directed by Fred Gerber and written by Grant Scharbo & Gabrielle Stanton aired last night on ABC.

The season finale of “The Gates” sure made us feel bad to see the show ends (the ratings were bad that we doubt that it will be renewed -it had a viewer average of 2.89 million).
If you haven’t watched it yet, you may want to look into it either by looking at reruns or on DVD.
The supernatural series was pretty entertaining and stared Brett Crezski as a werewolf and you can clearly tell that the writer were hoping to capitalize on all of the hype that has surrounded the mythical creatures in recent movies like the Twilight saga and the Harry Potter series.

In “Bad Moon rising,” the finale episode, during their anniversary party Frank Buckley (Brett Cullen), the developer of The Gates, asked his wife Vanessa (Gloria Votsis) to turn him into a vampire despite the countless ramifications his action could have on the community- what can possibly go wrong?
When Buckley’s ex-wife Devon (Chandra West) she decided it was time to make Vanessa pay for being with her man.
Devon hypnotizes Sarah who against her will poisoned Buckley’s drink during the event. When Vanessa bites him in preparation for turning him, his blood delivers a lethal toxin, and she dies on the spot and becomes a mummy. Her death pushes Buckley to kill himself with a single gun shot.
When news breaks that Devon on the one behind the death – a war breaks between the werewolves and the vamps who both want Devon for different reasons-but parties agree on the fact they want her dead.
In the midst of all the drama the Monohans decide to leave The Gates -minus their son Charlie Monohan (Travis Caldwell) who decides to run away with Andie Bates (Skyler Samuels).
But seeing that Andie’s medicine was tampered with by Brett Crezski (Colton Haynes) in the hope that she will hurt Charlie, the lovers end up in a cabin in the woods-with no drugs around Andie goes crazy and kills Charlie while making love.

Devon steps in and she miraculously resurrects Charlie but few minutes later ,he turns into some kind of monster who beats the crap out of his poor dad.

It was an interesting way to wrap things up and maybe by some kind of a miracle the series will be back next summer.
