I Love It!! If you have had any medical situations like I have- you'll know right away that these drs. are telling the truth at the things they report on. I have been unfortunately been an unhealthy person (medical wise) for 20 plus year with many surgeries. My latest bout with intestinal surgeries (13 to be exact) and now have an Enterra placement (pacemaker in stomach), and know that what they say is definately true. So take what they say and change what you can, while you can so you won't have the issues I have because I didn't know. I am now almsost a homebound 45 yr old female with many complications and I take alot of medications and just pray every night that tomorrow I might still be alive and able to get out of bed. I say I possibly spend 75% of my life in bed because I am too sick to move. So GREAT JOB DRS. I LOVE YOUR SHOW!!!!! I am so happy to say I am a true follower of your show! I Love It!! This little episode I saw of drinking coffee to reduce muscle pain before working out "I can work out harder and longer" is scary. I have always believed (and supported by doctors) that the pain one feels is to tell them they've gone too far! Without the pain there is the possibility of minor to serious injury. I do not trust a doctor that tells me to kill the pain so I can work out harder and longer. Get some real doctors that are really into the care of the people.
