Leonard got a bit jealous that Penny’s friends are coming over to watch football and he wasn’t invited so he enlisted Sheldon who grew up in Texas where football is everything to teach him about the game.Of course Leonard made a fool of himself at the party by being too smart so Penny gently showed him the exit door.The Howard/Raj plot was very similar to a lot of their previous stories.They fought because of Howard,who is always neglecting Raj to run after hot babes who have zero interest in him. They eventually make up and Howard does the same thing all over again.Here are few things that stood out last night.
It was an entertaining episode but Raj and Howard acting like an old gay couple is getting boring.We need more of Sheldon’s vast football knowledge and more of his uncommon religious/Conservatism infused childhood stories like “They play all types but that European style football which of course we all know is a “Commie Plot”!”Cats, however, refuse to wear sporting apparel. My sister found that out the hard way.” and “If you’re interested, I also know all about frying meat that isn’t chicken as if it were chicken.”
