Survivor Nicaragua Cast Rumors

Survivor Nicaragua Cast Rumors – Survivor will be returning next season with their new installment of the show, entitled “Survivor: Nicaragua.” A number of rumors regarding the cast have made their way online recently. One name that has been thrown around is the former Dallas Cowboys head coach, Jimmy Johnson.
The story was first reported on ESPN, when Calvin Watkins said that a source had stated that the 67 year old Johnson would be appearing on the popular reality series next season. The show begins taping this summer, and will be taped in San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua, a very rough area in the region.

Johnson won two Super Bowl titles with the Dallas Cowboys, and will be grouped with a number of people that he has never met before in an isolated area. All of the contestants will be required to complete challenges for “immunity.” The game is as much about strategy as it is about surviving, as one cast member is voted off each week.
A number of other Dallas Cowboys players from that era have also appeared on reality television shows. Michael Irvin and Emmit Smith competed in the dancing competition “Dancing with the Stars.”
It will be interesting to see how well Johnson performs on the show. It is very physically intense, and at his age, other players might consider him to be a liability. Johnson has not confirmed whether or not he will be appearing on the show.
