A Los Angeles television reporter suffered some kind of medical episode during a live broadcast at the Grammy Awards Sunday night and was examined by paramedics.
Serene Branson, of the CBS2 News affiliate, was outside the Staples Centre covering the event live when her speech began to slur.
“Serene Branson was examined by paramedics on the scene immediately after her broadcast,” according to a KCBS statement.
“Her vital signs were normal. She was not hospitalized. As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home and she says that she is feeling fine this morning.”
But another report suggested the newswoman may have suffered a stroke and was hospitalized.
