Resveratrol:60 Minutes

Resveratrol:60 Minutes

Resveratrol:60 Minutes – Resveratrol was the hot topic on 60 Minutes this evening. So what is Resveratrol you ask?
Resveratrol,is described as a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.Dr. Christoph Westphal tells 60 minutes’ Morley Safer.

“If the promise holds true, I think this has the chance to change healthcare,”
“Our goal is to prevent and forestall many of the diseases that strike us as we reach 50, 60, and 70. All with one pill.”

Below is a clip of David Sinclair, Professor of Pathology and Co-Director of the Paul F. Glenn Laboratories for the Biological Mechanisms of Aging at Harvard Medical School, talking about the matter.

That’s all we have for now on Resveratrol:60 Minutes.

A word of WARNING!!! I have had a horrible experience with the company SWM-www.resveratrolutra.com (out of Florida..supposidly shown on 60 Minutes) that distributes Resveratrol. After ordering my supposidly FREE bottle I was billed $87.13 on my credit card. When I contacted the company they informed me that the FREE was only free for 15 days. I was not aware of this. How can you try something and know if it is working within 15 days. This certainly sounds like CONSUMER FRAUD. I have made no less than 7 calls to the company to refund the charge. I also offered to send back the unopened bottle. All of this was done within 14 days. I have yet to get my money back. This company may have a great product…I will never know, but their ethics are questionable and their customer service department certainly does not know the word “Customer” and “Service”. You would think that with the economy being like it is that they would attend to this in a more serious manner. My husband orders all of our vitamins and health supplements on line. I wanted to compare this with a product that he was ordering. The direct line to the company is 1-866-949-0138. They operate out of Florida. Hope no one else falls for this!!

I have received one free bottle of resveratrol ultra and was charged $89 for another bottle that I have received and cannot find a way to cancel this…Is this some kind of racket or what?..I certainly cant believe some of the people you have speaking in favor of this product would be involved in this scheme..

Try considering Monavie Pulse for resveratrol and plant sterol content. :)

Hi have had the same exact experience. This is a scam – they say you have 15 days to try the product for a free refund however, in the fine print you find out that the 15 days starts when the product is shipped. So, by the time it is received you are lucky if you have a day or two to try it.

I found out after I ordered the product that due to a new medical condition I am not allowed to try this so called as soon as I received the product to return it and was told I would have to pay the first payment of $89 as I was one day late on the 15 day trail! I questioned this as I had only just received the product and this is when I was informed of the fine print regarding the “15 day trial”. I was transferred 3 times told that not even a manager could help – but that my “request” for a refund would be processed. How is it that a product/company with such high level public endorsements is getting away with this kind of service?? Shameful!!

Ditto, same experience. Ordered my “free” bottle was unaware of the 15 day window and was just charged $87.13 on my credit card. This is definately a scam. Cannot believe the supports are participating in this. No customer service what so ever. They should be reported to the better business bureau!

Same experience all the other posts, yet my credit card was charged after 9 day – I never had a chance to try the product. I am returning the unopened product and demanding a full refund or I will contact our police department and filed crimnal charge for card card fraud and misrepresentation and deceptive advertsing – THIS IS A SCAM………

I odered Reseveratrol beliving a recomendation from 60 Minutes would only deal with reputable busineses. I cancelled my order within 4 days, after not responding to their voice mails to confirm the order. The cancellation does not provide a number so no proof for the customer.I called on the 5th day to check status and it indicated it had been canceled. I just received the product in the mail and could not get through to their cust. service. You are doing a disservice to your viewers.

After listening to Resveratrol:60 Minutes; I purhased the product for the advertised amount and later realized that I had been charged another amount for these products. I have been charged $86.87 and $87.13 over the charge that was advertised on this website. This has been a total dissappointment in trusting the results of 60 Minutes research interviews. I also have had a difficult time getting an answer from their customer service. I hope 60 Minutes will do a follow up on this misleading price for these products.

    Good Morning Diana:
I have just posted my response to the Resveratrol 60 Minutes advertisment. I sure hope someone can help us get our money back from these companies. I have learnt a hard lesson with this product.
