I thought the season finale of Private Practice was horrible the way they depicted the psycho patient was disgraceful to the hard working therapists who actually help there patients. Showing someone commit such a haneous act on national TV for all to watch is sick. A pregnant women is vulnerable enough we do not need writers conjuring up delusions about C Sections being given by pschopaths by means of instruction via the internet. I refuse to watch another season of that horrible show. The writing is basically…well not well thought and borderline sadistic at times.

Thanks Megan. You said it better than I did. It’s nice to know others have the same feeling I did.

Hello, it’s a television show and false in nature. If you can’t tell the difference between this and reality then perhaps you should consider some therapy yourself. I was on the edge of my seat just as you should be watching a season finale.

purdy, i feel the same way as you!~ its tv (ENTERTAINMENT) and although if it was real life that would be sick but i was on the edge of my seat and cant wait to see what happens in the next season!!!

This show was horrible all around. Just because it’s entertainment does not mean it has to be brainless, inaccurate and dumb. People can watch soap operas if they are looking for that kind of drama. This show is an embarra**ment to the medical community and reflects poor writing and a lack-of research.

For instance, HIPAA is breached over and over by this sad and pathetic character of Violet.

Entertainment should promote intellect and excitement, not stupidity and idiocy.
