Prayers For Bobby – Prayers for Bobby is the original movie that will air January 24th,on Lifetime.The film is based on the true story of Bobby Griffith,a teenage gay boy who committed suicide because of his mother’s religious intolerance.Bobby Griffith’s life and death inspired Leroy Aaron’s best-selling 1998 book Prayers for Bobby: A Mother’s Coming to Terms with the Suicide of Her Gay Son.
