Both Ryan Chiaverini and Valerie Warner are the two final contestants of one of the largest talent searches in years.
They have been selected to host one of the morning shows which will officially air at exactly 9am every weekday and will be replacing The Oprah Winfrey Show on ABC 7.
In May her show which she has carried on with through for 25 years will be coming to an end, disappointing a number of fans who have become extremely fond of her since she first started on television.
Although officials from the station could not be reached for any type of comment on the news, there are certain insiders who have stated that on Thursday both finalists landed the roles which are coveted by so many.
The two are the result of a contest which features 500 applicants from across the nation and a rigorous audition process which tested numerous people who were hopeful but ultimately did not make it. Chiaverini is from Corona, California and he has a degree from the University of Colorado.
He officially joined the news spots team in 2006 from Denver where he worked with the KUSA-TV team and is extremely happy to have this opportunity which so many people applied for.
