One Tree Hill Spoilers – One Tree Hill spoilers are here.Recently it was revealed that One Tree Hill got renewed for season 7 but apparently Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton will be leaving.Mark Schwahn the show’s producer said:
I could, but what fun would that be? Ha. I can tell you that the rest of the season is full of all the things you’ve hopefully come to expect and love from a One Tree Hill episode. Surprises. Heartache. Magic. Confrontation. The benefit of having good friends and family. And the quiet notion that there is still right and wrong and good and bad, and it’s best to stay on the positive side of things. As we head down the stretch we’ll probably focus more on the core characters. And whether or not our journey continues beyond this season, it will not affect the way we approach the end of this season. The fans deserve a show that is true to itself no matter what external factors are at play, and that’s what we plan to give them. Hopefully, they’ll enjoy it. And hopefully you will, too. I have watched ONE Tree Hill from the beginging and I can’t say I would want to watch it if Lucas and Peyton are not on there. They are what the show’s about. Hello “The Comet” the whole 5th and 6th season, there the only reason Lindsey and Julian were brought to the story. Wrong move if you ask me, one sure fire way of losing ratings..

i have watched every single episode from pilot.. and there is no one tree show without lucas and peyton, i dont know if its true yet, but ive heard that all the cast have signed up for another contract but chad michael murray hasnt made a decision yet :S.. not sure whats true and whats not.. ive heard soo many different stories.. lets hope that all the cast are back including leyton and baby leyton

while the show started off about lucas, it’s now equally about the core five. personally, if i had to pick the least talented actor out of all of them, it would be chad michael murray. he’s not funny, and he doesn’t do dramatic well. it’s obvious that peyton dying is a strong possibility, she believes she will- after tonights episode (6×19), she is already preparing her unborn baby for a life without her ( the box of memories, drawings, etc.). i am not just saying all this because i am a brucas fan- im more of a brooke fan- i love her relationships with people- and that included lucas. while i still believe that brooke and lucas had better chemistry, didnt look related, and were never boring, its obvious that lucas and peyton are together for good, whether peyton dies or not, leyton (or pucas) won.

I don’t think OTH will work with out Hilarie & CMM, they are like the soul of the show, not counting Peyton is like my fav character since ALWAYS!!!
I really wish that all this deal, Chad claiming for more money, internal factors affecting the show are just a way to draw attention to it…to the new season, to the finale of this one… because if they actually leave it will be just wrong…there’s NO One Tree Hill with out it’s lead character, OTH without Lucas??? is that even posible????

Looking back, and watching the episode which CMM wrote I think peyton will die which is really sad how can the most captivating couples be out and have a sad ending its the most tormenting thing. No, Lucas & peyton are not the soul of the show, there not even half of it. Just because Leyton aren’t coming back does not mean Oth won’t last. They are bringing Racherl back, Julian, Sam, Brooke, Nathan & Haley and if i’m honest most of the Oth fans are Brooke fans, rather than lucas or Peyton.

One Tree Hill is mainly about Lucas. They should have ended the series at season 6 having Lucas and Peyton getting married and having their baby. Without Lucas in the show, this series will eventually get cancelled.

I love this show – but I can’t imagine it without Lucas and Peyton! They have been through so much to be together and to finally have one season of happy just isn’t enough! I used to hate Brooke Davis but she is now one of my favorite characters. The show needs all the cast – and to those of you who want reality(don’t you get enough of that in your own world/life!). Having a show that gives a fairy tale like ending is so nice sometimes!!!! I love One Tree Hill and I REALLY hope the 7th season is as fantastic as the first six! Lucas, Peyton, baby- Nathan, Hayley, & Jamie – Skills & hot teacher – Mouth &Millicent – and of course Brooke & Jullian! This cast is a must! Oh, we also need chase & Mia they are too cute together!

I have watched the show from the very first episode and have fallen in love with every cast member..I can’t see the show going on without Lucas and Peyton…they are not the only cast members on the show but each actor and actress is what brought One Tree Hill to life and with two leaving the show, I can’t see it working…I will truly miss them and in reality the show was based upon Lucas and Peyton from the beginning…

oh, well luke and payton weren’t interesting anymore. they got married child ok. nothing new by the way. but brooke and julian. that’s damn interesting to watch. i really like these guys together and because of them i watch the movie. brooke character is pretty more interesting realistic than payton’s one.
always new things with brooke. and she finally deservs that this show, serie gives her more importance. now i want brooke to take the first place, it’s time for her and julian. i hope season 7 will be more concentrated on brooke and julian, as they did for lucas and payton

Lucas and Peyton have been such a major part of this show from season 1-6 and without the two characters all of the fans are going to be extraordinarily disappointed. It’ll be like when the OC decided that they were going to get rid of Marissa as a character and Mischa Barton was let go and the show lost nearly all of it’s fans. It’s just such a shame and such a poor decision I don’t understand why that would take place especially after they had the baby and they could go so far with that. I mean, look at Haley and Nathan and Jamie. I don’t understand.

I watched every single episode of one tree hill from season 1.. I really love this show. It makes me believe that everybody can make their dreams come true, by having good friends, family and a great life.. I actually changed college classes around to watch this show, it has taken over my Monday nights, the kids can’t even talk to me for an hour while its on. I am so done with it, come on I am a mom of 5 kids, I work 40 hours a week, I go to college, all i needed was this one hour a week to keep me going. Its just not entertainment and business, you producers actors etc actually get us involved. we are into this, I know chad is young and I am sure this is all him, and his idea, cause he has to prove himself in his other talents, and he has to prove to himself what he is capable of doing, but to just leave it where it was left off, to have a ho hum season 6 and just dissappear on season 7 – sux, its a cowardly way out and i am dissappointed in all involved. I dont blame the hilarie girl, she can only stay if Lucas stays, I get that. But why cant Nathan kill lucas and leave peyton to raise thier daughter, and he will ne just like his dad, I mean come on, there are other ages of women that watch this, it used to be a little twisted, now its just so sweet, I am sick, I am dissappointed and wont be a return visitor next season, it was handled poorly, all the loops are closed, there were no cliff hangers to make me want to see waht 7 has to offer, and especially now that I know hil and Chad are gone, thats wrong for them tio have a baby and drive AWAY – we dont get to fall in love with sawyer like we did Jaime. = you will see its a bad decision. and I guess I have to seek some other form of outlet during the busy week. I’m so excited about the new season. I can finally watch the whole episode without having to skip over the Lucas and Peyton parts. Hopefully this was the end of all that is emo. And now that Nathan’s playing in the NBA and Brooke’s with Julian and has her company back, he’ll spend more time in a big city and Brooke’ll spend more time NY and LA and the show can lose some of its “Souther charm” (read: some of it’s hick-like feel).
The show has always been split halfway between Brucas and Leyton fans and there are even more Naley fans. I’m pretty sure all the Brucas fans are hardcore Brooke supporters and would chose her over Lucas in a heartbeat especially considering how the show’s been going. So I have a feeling OTH will be just fine because even if it does lose some of it’s Peyton and Lucas fans, a majority of the viewers are fans of Brooke, Naley and Jaime.

Almost every episode started with Lucas citing some very profound quotes, season finales used to end with him in the forefront, entire show is inundated by Payton’s artistic temperament, everything and always was about their love.
Without them this show is pointless.

With the exception of the last 3-4 episodes, this season was brutal. Nothing happened. They had the PERFECT opportunity to end the show and save face — and I actually thought they were going to end it right, but they decided to drag it out. What a joke. What else is there to prove? This show will be cancelled and I will feel bad that they didn’t do it the right way. The rest of the cast should jump ship before it goes down.

I have been a One Tree Hill fan since is started. I think it is a show about the issues real people have to go through in life and the decisions they have to make as adults and before as teens. They all find love along the way and deal with heartache. I’m sure this was a hard decision to keep them, but sometimes you have to do what you need to do, and i’m sure this was a decision that you will all learn to live with and if not, sorry, but it doesn’t really affect anybody else. It’s not for your benefit and you don’t know what you will miss. You have to deal with what they decided to do and I will still watch it because I believe that this show is an amazing one and it will continue to be great even without Lucas and Peyton. I am sad they are leaving, but it’s not the end of the world, its only tv.

I really can’t believe Lucas and Peyton won’t be on the show anymore! Since the VERY FIRST EPISODE it’s ALWAYS been about LP. I’m not saying that there aren’t any other major storylines (of course there are) but taking away LP is taking away half the drama, romance, angst and just EVERYTHING that they bring to the show. I don’t know if I am going to watch season 7 or not, because I really can’t imagine the show without them. If the producers are going to contiue being stupid, then I hope AT LEAST they let Lucas, Peyton and cute little Sawyer back for just a couple of episodes!

I am a huge one tree hill fan and I have watched it from the beginning, but to keep oth good I believe they need to do everything in their power to keep leyton on screen because they are part of the core characters. I like the couple of naley the best but I still believe that leyton is a big part of one tree hill. That couple has had alot of drama so maybe they could just give them a smaller role and not cut them off.
And in other news I think brooke and julian should stick together and she should get pregnant or at least adopt a new baby. Plus, I think with Nathan in the NBA now they can afford a new baby, so hopefully the married couple will get pregnant again. I could go for a girl or another boy because I think Jamie is adorable. I hope Sam comes back to Brooke at least for some visits in the new season too.

I to have watched all the shows and I have cried through the last two seasons with Peyton. My best friend named her daughter Peyton. I think Lucas and Peyton are one tree hill and should not be written out. If they do not come back I cannot say that I will to continue to watch. I love brooke, haley, nathen, and Jamie but without Lucas and Peyton it won’t be right. I hope that these comments are seen by someone that has a say in who stays and goes.

I just read that Luke and P. Sawyer are not coming back for season 7. I was so loooking forward to watching Sawyer grow up as we are seeing Jamie grow up. Lucas and Peyton have been through so much together, fighting to be together and FINALLY they have made it and are so very happy. What characters could possibly be found to replace the love we have seen struggle, fight, get put on the back burner and finally come full circle…Love like that(even on a t.v. show) is what makes us think it could exist in real life…Now what??? OTH will never be the same, I will watch, at first, to see if I can still be a fan as I have been from the pilot episode, and each and every one therafter; but i just don’t know.

i agree with lori way up^
not a Pucas fan at all, and they were getting old, and peyton was getting worse by the episode, she used to be able to act but all she did was cry in season 5&6
since they had their happy ending, what else could mark do with them??
brooke,julian and naley will be AWESOMEE!!
naley needs another baby, a girl!
and brulian should get married/pregnant and BRING BACK SAM! just saying…

I started to watch this show when it first came out. and to tell you the truth it will not be the same with out lucas and payton. i really hope they both change thier minds and come back to the cast. it first started out about lucas anyway and i love one tree hill but i will say that not many people will watch this season and nothing will be the same without both of them. they are the heart of the show. And everyone waited for lucas and payton to start a family and get married. and now that is has happen. where do they go from there. they need to tell what happens with the baby and everything =) i really wish they would grow old together on this show. but i hope this is all just to get the veriers points on what they think of this happening and they surprise us with them being there. i really hope that is what they are doing.
