That’s too bad this show is cancelled. I really liked it. Their characters are great and so is the writing. Maybe the time just needs to be changed, nobody will get more reviews than Grey’s Anatomy.

“Life on Mars” is a fantastic show. It’s one of my favorites. Maybe it just needs another season to catch on. Or, maybe it’s the time slot. Give it another chance, please. “Greys Anatomy” is a great show also, but “Life ON Mars” is one of those shows that is “WAY” out there. “Life ON Mars” is a great way to escape from reality. In a time like today, we need more shows like this one. Please give it another season.

I couldn’t get home fast enough on Wednesday nights to watch Life on Mars. It’s the first show I’ve truly looked forward to in years. I’ve told everyone I know about it, and once they watch it, they’re hooked, too. I agree with dayna: Please give it another year.

ABC drop the ball, this was my top 10 show on TV.. I just love the set and it takes place in NYC.. not in LA set.. Im really sad to see this show go off the air. I love the cast, the set, the clothes and music. Eli Stone was another good show. I really hate the fact that they had to end this show, its really sad. For what to waste time on another show. come on, give it a chance, look 30 rock had bad ratings and look, its one of the best, eve seinfleid had bad ratings when it came out and look how that turn out to be.. ABC you really drop the ball on this one..

ABC why don’t you wake up. You keep the crappy reality shows, and other worthless entertainment, and you cancel one of the best shows on TV, and yes I’m talking about ” Life on Mars”.

To the readers here, I sent a dozen messages to ABC, not as if it will make any difference at all. So if you want to send them your two cents worth, type in on Google ” Contact ABC, and it will show you the link. Then let ABC have it. And also don’t tune onto ABC at all no matter what. That is the only way they will get the message. Maybe they will bring in Ashes to Ashes(BBC), and of course they will cancel it after one season. Which by the way it’s a take off of Life on Mars with same in the 80’s

The only show I wait for all week. This is the best show with a star packed cast. Don’t cancel this wonderful series. It is the best show you’ve put out in years! I’ve never even bothered to watch Gray’s Anatomy.

I am going to miss the show. It was a great show, it had everything needed. The people who wrote the show and the charaters were great. Please bring it back. You can’t ruin another good show. I thought it was funny, sad, and the music was the greatest ever. Going to miss it.

That was the worst ending of a show. Please everyone keep writing to ABC until someone gets the message they can’t keep cutting off good shows. Urge them to bring it back.

I urge everyone to keep hounding ABC about some how bring back ” Life On Mars”. type in search contact ABC and it will take you to the site.

This just goes to show you that network TV is for the brain dead. Shows like Life on Mars and My Own Worst Enemy get cancelled without giving them a chance to find an audience. With that line of thinking Seinfeld should’ve been cancelled after it’s first season.

I will not be giving ABC, NBC or CBS’s new shows a view. I’ll wait untill they are in thier 3rd seasons to start watching and catch up with the DVDs. I don’t like being Blue Balled by a woman or a network :)

I sent this message below to ABC. Viewers keep bugging ABC about this. In the mean time boycott ABC. I refuse to have the channel listed

Well ABC you really screwed up canceling ” LIfe On Mars”. Just saw the ratings on your new show “The Unusuals”, a 2.2 rating with 18-49

March 27th, LIfe On Mars had 5.6 had gained 400K. Even the opening back in Oct was 3.2. So according to this ‘Life On Mars” was gaining viewers.

ABC was the one who set up “Life On Mars” to eventually fail because of the screwed up time slots. Would it be that hard to bring back ” Life On Mars”, you might see the ratings to go even higher

  15. Mike | Apr 17, 2009 | Reply

I have one comment “The Unusals sucks! Absolutely stupid! How could you replace a good show like ” Life On Mars” with a show like that one. I looked at Bills info and it’s true. Replacing Life On Mars with The Unusals is like replacing CNN with PBS. Actually there is no difference with those two, both are State Run. What does it take for ABC to listen to viewers.
Bring back ” LIfe On Mars” starting with the entire season reruns and see what happens. People on here keep writing to ABC, until they listen.

To those whom it may concern:

Maybe if you would schedule and leave it scheduled for a little while instead of hopping and skipping it around. And furthermore, in their defense the writer’s strike did not help.

I come back from Iraq, and my favorite show cancelled. ABC you’re an idiot. Now there is nothing on your station that is worth watching.
The above person is right if you wouldn’t have jumped it around more people might have tuned in.

    ABC YOU STINK!

Enjoyed the show. Well thought out plots. Great acting. It’s a shame that a quality show like this would be cancelled and the glut of crappy reality shows still are on the airwaves.

I hope people will continue to comment about ABC and how dumb they were to cancel LOM. That was such a great show, from the story line to the actors. And I love Harvey Keitel.

ABC I haven’t tuned into the station since and won’t ever

Ooops…they did it again. Canceled LIFE ON MARS, one of the best shows on tv, and one of my favorites. To add insult to injury, they completly screwed up with that ending. It was

bogus and ABC should be embarassed. There were soooooo many things they did not explain, and I’m sorry but “it was all a dream” does not quite cut it.

This is the type of behaivior I would expect from FOX, not ABC. I am disgusted!!!!! As a student film maker, I am disgusted!!!!!!!!! As a member of the viewing audience, I am

disgusted!!!!!!!!!!! As human being, I am disgusted. It was soooo refreshing to have something on the air that was smart and different. Now I dont even want to watch TV anymore.

Networks suck, but if I was running shit, correction, WHEN I am running shit, this would never have happened.

Obviously, I am still reeling from the cancelation 4 months after the fact. However, I would be willing to come back as a loyal fan IF, ABC brings back Life on Mars, AND, makes it so

the series finale episode was actually a dream and not everything else.

I ABC did that, I think the fans could be willing to forgive and forget. Or ABC should at least have to stones to give the series to another network.

I hope people keep posting comments in here even after a year passes. ABC needs to know that viewers are pissed off. So keep posting in here and also send ABC a message directly. Although the last time I looked they took out the link to send a comment about prime time shows. I wonder why???????? ABC BRING BACK “LIFE ON MARS”

  23. Arlene | Aug 13, 2009 | Reply

Loved “Life on Mars”. Why is it gone? Looked forward to seeing this creative show.

  24. Mike | Aug 15, 2009 | Reply

Aelene: most of these networks, but mostly ABC, seem to think that unless a show has the 15m viewers rating they won’t keep it. They live on another planet ” Mars” The best thing is one don’t tune into ABC and send them a message through their web site ABC and tell them how upset you are. Not that they are really listening to viewers. Did you know that there was a pilot of “Life on Mars”, that took place in Los Angeles. Interesting hu! The guy that plays Sam was the only one in that verison.
