Kitchen Nightmares Season 2 Episode 3:Watch Bazzini Restaurant Online S02E03 – Kitchen Nightmares Season 2 episode 3 titled “Bazzini Restaurant” was broadcast on Fox last night.Gordon Ramsay was asked to take over another restaurant that was seriously failing.The Bazzini Cafe located at Ridgewood, New Jersey got Gordon Ramsay’s magical touche which included new decorations and a change in the menus.Of course there was a lot tension but Mr Mean disciplined the owners,the cook and the waiters with his tough talk.Here is the synopsis of the episode:
Chef Gordon Ramsay takes on Bazzini Cafe, an Italian restaurant in Ridgewood, New Jersey, that struggles with slow service, poorly-crafted dishes, a lackluster sous chef and a disappointing head chef. Even after Ramsay’s suggested fixes, the environment in the kitchen is a mayhem, forcing Chef Ramsay to take charge during prime dining hours while Head Chef Paul Bazzini takes a backseat.

In case you wondering the owners hated the changes and the restaurant is still not very successful.Paul and Leslie Bazzini, who own Bazzini said after filming the show:
The only time that I ever spent any time with him was on camera.It wasn’t run in the way that any restaurant would run for [dinner] service,you have no interaction with Ramsay at all. He comes with a very big machine of assistants and helpers. The only time that I ever spent any time with him was on camera.”
Leslie added that the producers were really looking for drama by saying they provoked her with questions like:
“If this fails now, how can you stay with your husband?I said, Paul and I walk in here hand in hand, we’ll walk out of here hand in hand.I thought they would come in and expose our real flaws and help us with that.I didn’t think they were going to be manufactured flaws.”
