Guiding Light:Guiding Light Cancelled – “Guiding Light” is going in the dark.Wait I have another one,the plug has been pulled from “Guiding Light”.After 72 long years CBS is canceling “Guiding Light” with the final episode airing on Sept. 18.Lynn Leahey, editorial director of Soap Opera Digest said:
“For many of us, it was the first show we ever watched.Unlike prime-time shows that came and went, it was a constant in people’s lives. It really is heartbreaking to see something like this go away.”
