Grey’s Anatomy season 7 episode 7 called “That’s Me Trying” which was directed by Tony Phelan and written by Austin Guzman aired last night on ABC.
Last week the show gave us a documentary form episode that ended with bang with the shocking revelation that the Callie and Arizona (played by Sara Ramirez and Jessica Capshaw) were moving to Africa because actress Jessica Capshaw has to exit the series due to her pregnancy.
This week’s installment did not really follow up on the previous storylines as we would have wanted but we certainly got some nice action.
“That’s Me Trying” focused on the residents being pushed to their limits when Owen put them through a rigorous trauma certification drill; meanwhile, Cristina was also tested when left alone to monitor a very ill lung transplant patient.
Thanks to last week’s unexpected episode we would have to say that Grey’s is starting to get a little bit interesting, but not good enough to capture new fans .
Sadly there were no huge season long arcs being built up to get us captivated like last time.
However we must admit that this was better than the previous episodes, but very few scenes were able to hold my interest. Grey’s Anatomy needs a serious shake up.
