Blair decides the only to win is to cheat so she steals Chuck’s shoes making it impossible for him to make it to Sotheby.The look on Chuck Bass’ face when he said “She stole my shoes?” was priceless.But Serena wearing one hell of a dress beats both of her pals to get the prized photo.Georgina takes an interest in Dan but that romance won’t last,how do we know?
