I agree with you maggie….. Barbara always wants everyone to appoligize for stuff that they say, and they never let Elisabeth finish her comments… no wonder she gets wound up, she doens’t even get a chance to prove her point with out Joy bahar or whoopie going nazi on her…. and then here comes barbara shhh shh.. lets all agree that this.. blah blah blah….

its so stupid now, and they all look like they have mad cow disease spazzing at eachother… RUN ELISABETH RUN!!!!!! before you catch the ugly disease!

Right — what all of you are saying makes SO much sense. Elisabeth should leave because The View should actually consist of a bunch of women who are all liberal, because THAT’S truly representative of the views of ALL of the women in this country. Whatever. Wake up — not everyone is liberal. Some of us are moderate and actually appreciate hearing different viewpoints.

Biden was wrong when he said FDR addressed the nation on TV during the depression. Elisabeth was wrong when she said FDR was not president during the depression. Joe misspoke (TV for radio), but Elisabeth is ignorant.

I get tired of listening to anything Elisabeth has to say. She quite often sounds so ignorant, and niave defending Pailin! Alot of the Alaskan citizens don’t like or trust Pailin. So, how could she defend someone we really don’t know? I aslo heard she cheated on her husband! That couldn’t be someone she would be proud of supporting! I hope she reads this too!

My comment is “run Elisabeth, run.” Like her or hate her, the fact is that she is a conservative and none of the other women on the panel are – so basically she’s not entitled to an opinion. The other women may not intend to be bullying, but if they don’t agree with a conservative point she makes, they all raise up and talk loudly above her, making it appear they are all against her. The premise of the View was to bring together different women of different ages and different opinions. As Barbara gets older, I think she has forgotten that premise and just wants everyone to agree with whatever she says. I just don’t watch it anymore, but I will watch Elisabeth on Fox.
