Elisabeth Hasselbeck Joy Behar Fight:John McCain T-shirt – Another day, another drama for Elisabeth Hasselbeck.On The View today, Barbara Walters said that the T-shirt Elisabeth wore that had “Great Ameri(Mc)Cain Hero,” written on it caused a great deal of trouble.Walter said:
“e-mails and calls with people complaining.”
Elisabeth answered:
“Well, they must all be voting for Obama”
Walter responded :
“It’s one thing to wear it during Hot Topics but then when you’re interviewing celebrities….”
Elisabeth was quick to claim:
“I designed the shirt. I sent it to the campaign! … That’s who my heart is for.”
Joy Behar apparently go into a bigger fight with Elisabeth Hasselbeck after the show.
According to reports:
After “The View” went off the air today, Joy and Elisabeth WENT AT IT backstage!!!!!
Joy jumped in Elisabeth’s face about a comment she made about Joy not being able to plug her appearances because her act is “political in nature.” This was in response to the controversy about the McCain t-shirt Elisabeth wore on the air on Tuesday.
Joy SCREAMED in Elisabeth’s face, “If you do that again I will burn you down.” Elisabeth turned beet red and started to stammer out something. And then Joy yelled, “Shut the fuck up” and stormed off.
Nobody backstage came to console Elisabeth who was left standing there.

i feel sorry for elisabeth joy and barbara are MEAN to her especially joy. whoppi may have a differtent opinion but she handles it like a civilized person. sherry is sweet and she to handles it well. someone needs to help elisabeth joy is always talking about how great obama is well thats her opioin she should respect others opion as well instead of jumping down peoples throat all the time. elisabeth is always calm and not condescending i like her best of all because i can relate to her.

Cannot possibly be worse than what Joy is accusing John McCain of being – a liar. Boggles the mind.

Many prayers are being said for all of you as the weeks are flying fast – too fast.
My secret desire is for Senator McCain to admit, with his steady fire in his heart,(right into the camera with his steady, steal eyes, that only he could do)the economy cannot be fixed with the things that are happening now with the pending buy-outs. Then detail the Democrates decisions that caused the problem to begin with. And have him be pissed off as we are. AND, say this is how we as American’s TOGETHER need to do to fix it. This is what the lady asked during the debate of on-line question’s- what can we indivdually sacrifice? We want the truth.
The medio is so biased. but the prayer support will give all of you strength for the weeks to follow. WAHOO, TIME TO GET TOUGH. God Bless America.

OMG – are you two serious? Elisabeth cannot defend her views intelligently at all – all she can when asked a direct question about McCain is to avoid the question and bring up Wm Ayers!
I can see how Joy gets frustrated with her. I do agree – Whoopi is the BEST. But I just watched Monday’s show and I am DELIGHTED in how Whoopi called her on the carpet!

I Love Elisabeth but,I hate the way she spouts the party line though. It’s good for viewers to hear what Elisabeth says because it educates people about who the McCain/Palin base is and how they think(or not).
Our forefathers seperated church and state for a good reason.Unfortunetly, the evangelican christians have infiltrated government as cited in Palin’s politics and that crazy (McCarthy like-if you’re too young to remember google it)chick, Michele Bachman. Pat Robertson said he was not sure about McCain until he picked Palin as his running mate.
We don’t need an AmeriCain, We need an Able government: Vote Barak Obama on November 4!

It was my understanding that the talk show “The View” was intended to be a gathering of celebrity women…journalists etc. who all had different “views”. The dynamics of such a program was to give the viewer the confidence that all people are entiltled to their opinion. I greatly respect Elizabeth Hasselback and if she leaves the show simply because she is pushed out or mistreated by a bunch of liberal women then whay is the purpose of the View? I will have no reason to watch it. Elizabeth…I’m proud of you for standing strong for those of us that are conservatives and not giving into the pressure of the liberal entertainment world!

Sorry ladies who like Elisabeth. But the day she was gone with her daughter on a field trip and the women from Fox news sat at the table was so nice. You could hear what was being said. Elisabeth is nothing but a brat who gets her daily news from Hannity every morning. “On the phone she talks to him every morning.
Now something that really bothers me. Why is Todd Palin not staying at home with these little ones while Sarah is out on the trail? This little baby and the six year old need to be at home. Going to school, playing with friends and maybe a dance class. NOT sitting for hours. And the baby needs have stability this baby is being handed around like a ball. If Sarah is making that much money then Todd needs to be staying home not out running around like a big kid. This really bothers me.

I think Joy is fantastic. I think that b johnston is a young silly twit just like Elizabeth. I hear rumor that Joy or Elizabeth will be leaving…. If it is Joy I will not watch again. Whenever someone calls a spade a spade they get 86′ed. It is not Elizabeth’s choice that bothers me it is her attitude and that she she can’t ever back down and be flexible each day her face gets tighter and tighter.. I send her blessing and think the best thing for her health would be to just drop the show and go to FOX news. I have a block on that so I will not have to see her again. Suits me.. I do wish her luck in her new potition. She might even want to stay home and spend time with her kids and RELAX… I used to like her and now she just looks so mean and angry I don’t like to look at her. I love Joy..She looks terrific for her age and is very funny..would love to see her act sometime..Elisabeth gets on my nerves the young spoiled twit..Im glad the election is over so Lizzy can shut up about McCain and that mindless tramp Sara Palin..Joy always speaks the truth and Whoopi is good she just needs to stop dressing like a bum and take her hair out of those dread locks wash them good and stop smoking and go to the dentist..she just looks like she would stink..I wonder?
