Horatio and his team investigate when deadly jellyfish are used as murder weapons. Meanwhile, a mysterious woman from Jesse’s past unexpectedly shows up.
CSI Miami is having a rough season with a little decline in the ratings,the departure of Adam Rodriguez and the weak episode plots.’Kill Clause’ was a slight improvement.Hopefully the writers will continue on that path in the future.What are your thoughts on the episode?

I think CSI Miami has really been ruined. The crappy new characters and the lame writing are to blame. This is a sinking ship unless they get their act together and pay attention to what their fan base wants. The writing in this episode was horrible. Kill Clause made me want to stop watching forever, and the 3 new ‘actors’ are not a good fit for the show. Jesse, Walter, and the new ME need to be GONE.

I totally agree. Cibrian is a terrible fit. His poor acting skills are evident each episode, and he is not the appealing hunk they were hoping would replace Rodriguez. The writing is poor, the characters we know and love have been dumbed down, and the main character Horatio is no longer shown the man in charge. I think the new ME might be okay, but he’s being lumped into the mix of new changes that most fans are finding plain awful. It is a mess. Dump the new actors, apologize to Rodriguez and beg him to return full time, and try to find your way back. Fans are dumping the show. I’m surprised the ratings aren’t worse.
