Charlie Sheen Returning To CBS Two and a Half Men – After some deliberation on the subject, it appears that Charlie Sheen will be returning to the cast of CBS’s “Two and a Half Men.” The show is currently among the most popular currently on television. The show has also made their child star among the highest paid child stars in the country. The actor’s publicist released the news in a statement today that said that the highest rated comedy on network television will be making a return, with Sheen, next season despite his recent marital and law enforcement issues.
“To put a fitting end on the two and one-half months of whirlwind speculation, I’m looking forward to returning to my CBS home on Monday nights,” Sheen said in a statement. “I want to thank Les Moonves for his support.”

CBS announced their plans for next season today, with further details expected to arrive tomorrow. Many expected that Sheen would be making a return, as he is handsomely paid for his efforts on the sitcom that the country has fallen in love with during recent seasons. The New York based company is currently the home of eight of the 10 highest rated scripted programs on broadcast television this season, according to data that was released by Nielsen Co.
Terms of the agreement were not announced with the announcement that Sheen would be making his return to the highly rated scripted show. Production of the show was stopped in February, when Sheen went into a rehab facility to deal with alcohol dependency.
