I think that the “boss” doesn’t have control of her girls. They are rude and disrespectful and she acts like she’s afraid of them. Plus, Tyrricka or whatever her name is way too unprofessional and needs to go back to school to learn how to speak correct English and work on her social skills.
Brooke is way too conceited and I can see her back stabbing the boss and the other girls.

I can’t even stand to watch the show for Terrika and her bad attitude. She is ugly inside and out! She has a daughter??? I have seen her daughter on the show, I have seen her pawn her daughter off on her poor mother, I have seen her spend most of her time at the apartment ….I have NOT seen or heard about her spending time or making her daughter a priority. I think the show is great. Black women doing what they have to do to make the money. Danielle is not a pimp, she know the type of industry she works in. The girls are different which make the show great. In the real world how many friends never have a fight or how many girls never have that bitchness in their attitude. I think Terricka make the show because she always have something to say or do that keep you interested. Come on it’s a reality show not a Lifetime movie. This stuff isn’t script. America loves reality shows for the drama. We all have a little bit of bitchness and hoochie in us. It could be seen as good or bad. No one has nothing to say about the Girls Next Door–so boring. 1st and far most I want to say that I absolutely LOVE THIS SHOW. I have been waiting forever for a show about video vixens and finally yaaay. As far as the cast lets break it down…..
1. Danielle: Yes she is ver professional and makes sure that her models always have something to do. She needs to remember that its a fine line between friends and money and the two should never really mix. How ever if it does she needs to put her foot down and make sure her models as well as her assistant respects her and her business.
2. Kisha: I do not like her period. She is very unprofessional and childish. Regardless about the models your job is to be the assistant and make sure the company looks good and has a good rep. She is very irritable to me with her voice and crude childish remarks. Me personally friend or not she would of been got fired.
3. Terrika: Yes she says what ever comes to mind. Come on me we all think who’s actually bold enough to say it. Yea she could of said it differently. But hey that’s her and who she is. I like her she’s funny to me everybody takes what she says so seriously and forget that she smiles or laughs while she says is. What I didn’t like is how yea she’s a veteran but you should never walk off the set nor mouth off to people who determines your exposure and money. To me she could of handle that a lot differently. How ever that’s my girl.
4.Broke: My favorite person on the show. She down to earth pretty and if you ever cross her wrong you can tell she wouldn’t back down. I just love her personalty and her smile. I look forward watching the show because she like my idol lol.
5. Olivia: She’s a such a sweet person. I just hate that the girl teased her because she never had fried chicken. I mean come its a lot of stuff I haven’t tried nor had. Plus its not like she is one of those typical stuck up snobby rich girls. She’s a sweet heart and a doll.
6. Blanca: Man I automatically love her because she represents for the short women. She is another person who doesn’t take bull from anyone. I don’t think she really has a drinking problem. They were just over hyping it.
7. Unforntuately I forgot the stylist name: she’s very pretty and cool. I really hope it works out with her and tyson. Their son is such a cutie. I think she is a great mother although her life stlye is busy and hetic. You can tell that she manages and make sure she spends time with her son. And they have a close relationship.

I have enjoyed the mindless entertainment but after watching tonights episode~Im done with it. Bringing your best friend/assistant into the loft after firing her/hiring her to model was just over the top drama. It was too annoying to watch. Danielle,the circus is coming to town and you should sign yourself up, turn the agency over to the girls and put your newest model in a cage…that is if you can find one large enough for her butt!
